Definitions

1. Term ‘Customer’ means an individual that comes into agreement with Home&Safety Ltd for provision of locksmith services.
2. Term ‘Content’ means any content displayed on this website, including all texts, visuals, links, graphics, software, trademark and such.
3. The Terms and Conditions outlined here represent the agreement between Home&Safety Ltd and its customers.
4. Any user visiting or browsing this website is bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

General

1. Any use of this website in unauthorized manner will be beheld as criminal offence and may lead to legal claim.
2. For some instances Home&Safety Ltd may use trusted sub-contracting agents to carry out a particular job.
3. The disputes that may arise from using this website will be dealt with according to the regulations of laws of United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

Pricing and Payment

1. The payment methods accepted by Home&Safety Ltd are credit/debit card and cash.
2. All payments are required after the job is completed.
3. Home&Safety Ltd provides secure card terminals for any credit/debit card payments.

 

Cancellations

1. Any booking made can be annulled within 15 minutes from the initial request.
2. A fixed cancellation fee of £30 will be applied to any cancelled jobs made within more than 15 minutes from the initial request.

 

Refunds

1. Home&Safety Ltd offers 12 months limited warranty on all jobs and merchandise supplied. In cases where manufacturer’s warranty applies, this warranty will be offered on the goods but not the labor provided by Home&Safety Ltd.
2. Customer must notify of any damages or faulty merchandise within 14 days from completion of the job or receipt of the product.
3. Any damaged or faulty merchandise are subject to replacement or refund within 10 working days.
